Roller tells her that he feels the same way and they make a promise to do whatever it takes to save the rink.
Meanwhile, Pedro, one of the school bullies, hears that Luna has been selected for the West zone classic. He starts to think about how he can ruin her chances of winning. He sees Luna practicing her skating routine and decides to steal it. Later, at the skating rink, Pedro tries to execute Luna's moves and injures himself. The incident angers Pedro, and he sets out to take revenge on Luna.
On the day of the West zone classic, everyone is excited and nervous. Luna is given a time slot of 6 pm, and she starts her performance. As she is skating, she spots Pedro in the audience and gets distracted. She falters, but manages to recover quickly and finishes the routine.
