In season 15 episode 9 of South Park, entitled "The Last of the Meheecans," the boys are playing a game of Cowboys & Indians, but Cartman interrupts and insists that they play "Texans & Mexicans" instead. However, when they can't find a Mexican to play with them, they convince Butters, who is of Mexican descent, to become the "last of the Meheecans" and lead them across the border to Mexico.
As they journey through the desert, the boys face various obstacles and dangers, including dehydration and encountering drug smugglers. Meanwhile, Butters begins to embrace his new role as the leader of his people and starts enjoying the attention and power that it brings him.
Eventually, they arrive at a Mexican village, where the boys are disappointed to find that it's more of a tourist trap than an authentic representation of Mexican culture. Butters, however, is ecstatic to finally be among his people and fully embraces his new identity.
Things take a dark turn when the boys are discovered by the border patrol, who believe they are illegal immigrants and try to deport them back to America. Butters refuses to leave his newfound home and rallies the Mexican villagers to fight for their right to stay in Mexico.
