In South Park season 11 episode 6, entitled "D-Yikes," viewers are taken on a wild comedic ride as the female characters of South Park Middle School take over teaching the sex education class. When the male teacher is called away to care for his dying mother, the women are left in charge and quickly realize that they are not equipped to teach such a sensitive and complex subject.

The episode starts with the male sex education teacher introducing the class to Ms. Garrison, who has recently undergone gender reassignment surgery and is now female. Ms. Garrison is confident and excited to teach the class, but her excitement is short-lived when she receives a call that her father has died. She leaves the class and is replaced by the female characters on the show.

The female characters - consisting of Ms. Crabtree, Mrs. Testaburger, Mrs. Cartman, and Ms. Stevens - are initially thrilled by the idea of teaching sex education. Mrs. Testaburger even creates a countdown chart, excited to cross off each day until they take over. However, their excitement quickly fades as they realize that they have no idea how to teach the subject.

The first thing the women do is watch a sex education video from the 1970s, hoping to gain some insight on how to teach the class. The video is hilariously outdated and includes instructions on how to properly clean a vagina with Lysol. The women are horrified but decide to use the video as a guideline since they have no other options.

Once the class begins, chaos ensues. The women are completely unprepared for the barrage of questions that come from the students. When asked about masturbation, the women awkwardly fumble through their answers, even referencing their own personal experiences, which makes the students uncomfortable. Mrs. Cartman, who is overweight, is asked about different sexual positions for larger women and awkwardly tries to demonstrate them, falling over in the process.

As the class continues, the women struggle to maintain control. The students, having realized that the women are ill-equipped to teach the subject, begin to take advantage of the situation. They purposely ask questions that they know will make the women uncomfortable and even start betting on who can make them cry first.

In an effort to get some help, the women decide to visit Ms. Garrison, who is still dealing with her father's death. They ask Ms. Garrison for advice on how to teach the class, but she is too preoccupied with her own problems to be of any help. The women then turn to Chef, the school's cafeteria worker, who is known for his sexual expertise. Chef, however, is less than helpful, giving them confusing and unhelpful advice.

As the end of the week approaches, the women are at their wit's end. They have not been able to adequately teach the class, and now they are faced with the daunting task of administering the sex education exam. The exam turns into a disaster, with the women unable to answer even the simplest questions. The students are outraged and demand that they be taught by a male teacher.

The women are dejected and embarrassed, feeling like failures. However, in a heartwarming moment, they come together and realize that they were not failures because they tried. They also acknowledge the fact that they were put in an impossible situation and that it was wrong for the school to expect them to teach sex education.

Overall, South Park season 11 episode 6, "D-Yikes," provides a hilarious take on sex education, using the trademark humor and satire that the show is known for. The episode is entertaining, outrageous, and surprisingly insightful, shedding light on the often-touchy subject of sex education in schools.
