In the season 11 episode 4 of South Park titled "The Snuke," the citizens of South Park are alerted to a potential terrorist threat when Hillary Clinton pays the town a visit and reveals that someone is planning an attack on the town. The town is put on lockdown as everyone is searched for any weapons or explosives.

Meanwhile, Cartman becomes convinced that a new student named Baahir, who is from Ethiopia, is the terrorist that Hillary warned them about. He convinces the other boys to help him spy on Baahir and gather evidence to prove that he is plotting an attack.

As the search for the terrorist continues, the tension in the town rises and suspicions begin to brew among the citizens. The boys' investigation uncovers some surprising information, and they must figure out who to trust and how to stop the attack before it's too late.

The episode satirizes the fear and paranoia surrounding potential terrorist threats and the way that politicians use these fears to manipulate the public. It also pokes fun at the way that people jump to conclusions and make assumptions based on someone's race or nationality.

Overall, "The Snuke" is a clever and hilarious episode that pokes fun at a serious issue in a way that only South Park can.
