Ep 9. Tangled Webs

The trap works, and the Sonic Underground finds themselves surrounded by Robotnik's forces. Cyrus shows up, apologizing for his betrayal, and begs Sonic for forgiveness. Sonic is furious with Cyrus but realizes that his friend has been manipulated by Robotnik.

With the help of Cyrus, the Sonic Underground is able to escape and launch a counterattack on Robotnik's forces. They are able to defeat the evil doctor and save their friend from his grip.

In the end, Cyrus decides to leave his music career behind and joins the Sonic Underground on their journey to free Mobius from Robotnik's tyranny. Sonic forgives his old friend, and the group sets off on their next adventure.
