In the season 1 episode 35 of Sonic Boom, titled "Two Good to Be True," Sonic and his friends encounter a new character, a charming and charismatic salesman named Fastidious Beaver. Fastidious Beaver quickly wins the trust and admiration of the citizens of Hedgehog Village by offering them fantastic deals on a variety of goods and services. Sonic and his friends initially believe Fastidious Beaver is a genuinely good person and business partner, so they decide to work alongside him, spreading his message of prosperity throughout the village.
However, as the episode progresses, Sonic and his friends begin to notice strange and unsettling behavior from Fastidious Beaver. They notice that his prices are too good to be true, and many of the products he is offering seem too high-quality for the prices he is selling them for. Sonic and his friends soon discover that Fastidious Beaver has been using a mind-control tactic to manipulate the citizens of Hedgehog Village into buying his products and following his orders.
Sonic and his friends must act quickly to stop Fastidious Beaver from taking full control of the village. They devise a plan to break the hold Fastidious Beaver has on the citizens' minds. Sonic and his team must race around the village, gathering evidence to provide to the people, which will break the mind control spell that has been cast on them.
As Sonic and the others race around the village, they encounter a series of obstacles and challenges that will test their skills and abilities to the limit. They must navigate their way through booby-trapped stores and warehouses where Fastidious Beaver hoards his goods, while avoiding his army of brainwashed followers who are determined to stop Sonic and his friends from exposing Fastidious Beaver for the salesman he truly is.
Throughout the episode, viewers will see Sonic and his friends working together, using their unique skills and abilities to overcome the obstacles that stand in their way. Sonic's speed, Tails' technical skills, Amy's strength and agility, and Knuckles' brute force are all put to the test as the team fights to free the citizens of Hedgehog Village from the clutches of Fastidious Beaver.
In the end, Sonic and his friends are able to break the hold that Fastidious Beaver had on the citizens of Hedgehog Village. They successfully expose Fastidious Beaver for the mind-controlling salesman he truly is and the citizens of the village are finally able to see him for who he is.
