Though similar to an octopus, this legendary creature possesses the body of a rooster with multiple tentacles. It wreaks havoc on the beach, attacking unsuspecting sunbathers and causing chaos in its wake.

To neutralize the threat and protect the beach, the lifeguard squad's clueless but well-meaning leader, Notch Johnson (played by Timothy Stack), enacts a plan of action.
