Lynn Turner was a beautiful blonde Georgia woman who had it all - a successful career as a top-ranking firefighter, a loving husband, and two young children. But her seemingly perfect life took a dark turn when her husband, Glenn Turner, suddenly died of what was thought to be natural causes.
As Lynn mourned her husband's untimely death, suspicions began to arise when it was discovered that Glenn's first wife, Debbie, had also died suddenly years earlier. These suspicions were further corroborated when an autopsy on Glenn's body revealed an unusually high presence of ethylene glycol, a key ingredient in antifreeze.
Investigators soon honed in on Lynn as the prime suspect in Glenn's murder, and the case only grew more complicated when it was revealed that Lynn had been having multiple affairs both during and prior to her marriage to Glenn.
Despite her claims of innocence, Lynn was ultimately charged with not only Glenn's murder but also the murder of her former husband's Debbie. Her trial was filled with shocking revelations about her double life and past transgressions, and the jury ultimately found her guilty on both counts of murder.
In this gripping episode of Snapped, viewers are taken inside the twisted psyche of Lynn Turner and the shocking events that led to her downfall. Through interviews with law enforcement officials, friends and family of the victim, and expert analysis, the episode offers a thorough and compelling portrait of a woman driven to commit unspeakable acts.
