Ep 5. Diana Haun & Michael Dally

Diana Haun & Michael Dally, featured in season 6 episode 5 of Snapped: Killer Couples, were a seemingly normal couple living in California. But as the investigation into the disappearance of Michael's wife Sherri unfolded, the truth about the couple's twisted relationship came to light.

Diana, a registered nurse, was having an affair with Michael who was a married father of two. When Sherri learned of the affair, she filed for divorce and sought custody of their children. Michael was FURIOUS and began plotting with Diana to murder his wife.

On May 6, 1996, Sherri went missing after leaving her job at an eye doctor's office. A massive search effort was launched, but it wasn't until Diana was arrested for an unrelated crime that the truth finally came to light.

During her interrogation, Diana admitted to helping Michael kidnap and murder Sherri. The couple had lured Sherri to a secluded area, where Michael shot her and buried her body. A few days later, they dismembered the body and attempted to burn the remains in a barrel.

Despite their attempts to cover up the crime, the truth eventually came out and both Michael and Diana were convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.
