Ep 3. Magic Fountain

The episode "Magic Fountain" of Smurfs season 3 revolves around the discovery of a magical fountain by the Smurfs village. The episode starts with the Smurfs completing their daily chores when Handy, one of the Smurfs, stumbles upon a strange-looking rock. He takes the rock to Papa Smurf, who discloses that it is a magical rock possessing the power to grant one wish. Papa Smurf suggests that the magic rock should be taken to the magical fountain in the forbidden forest to dissolve it, which would release the wish-granting power of the rock.

Excited about the possibility of having their wishes granted, the Smurfs embark on a journey to the forbidden forest, which is fraught with dangers. The forest is riddled with myths and legends about the various creatures that inhabit it, making the journey a daunting one. The Smurfs courageously navigate through the forest, dodging obstacles and fighting off creatures that try and stop them from reaching their destination.

Finally, the Smurfs reach the magical fountain, which is guarded by a statue of a fierce-looking creature. Just before they can reach the fountain, they are confronted by an evil sorcerer who wants the magic rock for his nefarious purposes. The sorcerer unleashes his powers on the Smurfs, but they fight back with all the courage they can muster.

Eventually, the Smurfs manage to defeat the sorcerer, and they throw the magic rock into the fountain. As soon as the rock dissolves, the fountain comes to life, and the Smurfs are amazed to see that the water in the fountain can grant their wishes. They cautiously wish for the things they need, and to their surprise, each of their wishes is granted.

However, their wish-granting celebration is short-lived when they realize that their wishes have started to have detrimental effects on their lifestyle. The Smurfs then come to the realization that getting everything they want is not necessarily beneficial in life. Accordingly, they decide to reverse their wishes, and they throw the magic rock back into the fountain, letting go of their desires in the process.

The episode ends with the Smurfs returning to the village, contented with the moral of the story that getting everything that we wish for may not necessarily be a good thing. The Smurfs realize that it is important to strive and work for the things we need rather than simply wish for them to be given to us.
