Ep 22. Vessel

Lionel Luthor is on a mission to resurrect his dead son, Lex. He believes that he has found the perfect vessel for his son's return in the form of Clark Kent. Lionel enlists the help of Brainiac, who seems to be the only one capable of carrying out the task. Meanwhile, Clark is having his own difficulties, as his friends and family try to convince him that he needs to take a break from all of the superheroing and focus on his own life.

As Lionel's plan begins to take shape, Clark's loved ones become increasingly worried about his safety. Chloe discovers that Lionel has been using a powerful crystal to control Brainiac, and brings this information to Clark in the hopes that he can use it to stop Lionel's ultimate plan. Clark teams up with his friends to try and stop Lionel, but they soon realize that they may not be able to do it alone.

As the showdown between the two sides heats up, Clark realizes that Lionel's plan is much bigger than he ever anticipated. With the fate of the world at stake, Clark must risk everything to stop Lionel and save the people he loves. But can he do it in time?
