Ep 8. Sick Burn

Ichabod and Diana are called to a high-rise apartment building where a young woman has been found dead in her bathtub, her body burned beyond recognition. However, upon further investigation, they discover that the young woman was actually a demon and was killed by another demon. Ichabod and Diana must work quickly to figure out who the killer demon is before it unleashes chaos upon Sleepy Hollow.

Meanwhile, Alex and Jake are determined to find out more about the mysterious symbol they found while deciphering Atticus Nevins' journal. Their investigation leads them to an underground library run by a secretive group of witches. Working together, they uncover a shocking truth about the symbol and its origins.

As Ichabod and Diana continue their investigation, they learn that the killer demon has been using a unique type of fire to eliminate its victims. With no known way to stop the demon, Ichabod turns to an unlikely ally for help - Henry Parrish. Henry reveals that the demon is one of his former associates who has turned rogue and is using his powers for evil.

In a desperate bid to stop the demon, Ichabod and Diana team up with Henry to track down the demon's lair. However, they soon realize that they've walked into a trap and that the demon has set a deadly fire that threatens to consume them all.

With time running out, Ichabod must use all of his knowledge and experience to defeat the demon and put an end to its reign of terror. But will he be able to save himself and his allies before it's too late?

As the episode comes to a thrilling conclusion, Ichabod, Diana, Alex, and Jake are left to contemplate their next move. With new threats looming on the horizon, Sleepy Hollow will have to stay on guard if it hopes to survive the dangers that lie ahead.
