Slacker Cats is a hilarious animated sitcom that originally aired on FreeForm. The show is about two cats named Tabby and Buckley who are nothing but lazy bums. They spend their days causing chaos, sleeping, and trying to get away with anything they can. Despite their constant scheming, the two cats somehow still manage to charm their way through life.

Tabby is a black and white house cat who only wants to live in luxury, while Buckley is an orange and white tomcat who is always up for getting into trouble. Their lazy lifestyles are interrupted when they are taken in by a new owner, Mrs. Boots, who is far stricter with them than their previous owner.

The show's cast features a range of talented actors, including Sinbad as the voice of Eddie, Mrs. Boots' eccentric landlord; Kiersten Warren as the voice of Mrs. Boots, the cats' new owner; Harland Williams as the voice of Eddie's roommate; and Nicole Sullivan as the voice of Buckley. Additionally, comedian Emo Philips lends his voice to the show as various characters throughout its run.

Slacker Cats is filled with plenty of antics and misadventures. From trying to sneak away with food to causing chaos at a neighbor's house, Tabby and Buckley are always up to something. Meanwhile, Eddie and his roommate are often caught up in the chaos, trying to keep the cats out of trouble.

Despite their shenanigans, however, Tabby and Buckley face real-world consequences for their actions. Whether they're getting in trouble with Mrs. Boots or dealing with the repercussions of stealing, the show touches on the idea that there are consequences for one's actions.

While Slacker Cats is certainly a comedy, it also speaks to themes of family, friendship, and life as a pet. Whether the cats are causing chaos around the house or getting into trouble outside, their antics are always entertaining.

The animation style of Slacker Cats is unique, with exaggerated features and a quirky art style that adds to the show's overall comedic feel. The show's writers use this style to their advantage, creating exaggerated, physical humor and clever visual gags.

Overall, Slacker Cats is a fun, lighthearted comedy that is perfect for any cat lover or anyone who enjoys a good laugh. The show's unique animation style, memorable characters, and entertaining storylines make it a standout in the world of animated sitcoms. Although it only lasted for one season, it remains a beloved cult classic to this day.

Slacker Cats is a series that ran for 2 seasons (12 episodes) between August 13, 2007 and on FreeForm
