Bill purchases a TV satellite for his apartment so he can watch a flight video, but it's incredibly hard to install. When a storm rolls in Bill ends up hanging over the edge of the building and caught on the news.

The cows that make milk for the shakes at the Decoy Cafe are sick and tired of it so they go on strike unless the ducks give them what they deserve-respect.
