Wes and Carre are finally tackling the rundown exterior of their Detroit mansion. They'll replace the landscaping and create herb garden planter beds. Then they build an entertainment area complete with a pergola and a fire pit.

Wes and Carre want to build a recording studio in their basement, but first they'll have to stop the sewage leak! To make this space more functional, they build custom shelving and create an art deco bar with vintage bar stools.

Wes and Carre want to transform two small bedrooms and a bathroom, originally the servants' quarters, into a cozy guest apartment. But when they discover damage under the floor, their plans might get waterlogged.

Wes and Carre transform the sunroom into an art studio complete with a mobile palette on casters and custom art supply shelving. Then the library gets converted into a speakeasy tucked away behind a hidden bookshelf door.

To convert the claustrophobic and old-fashioned kitchen, Wes and Carre start knocking down walls to create an open floor plan. Wes forges an art deco light fixture while Carre repurposes cabinetry and restores a 1920s dumbwaiter.
