She is Wow! is a South Korean television drama series that was aired by CJ Entertainment in 2013. Directed by Kim Cheol-kyu and written by Park Eun-yeong, She is Wow! follows the lives of two very different married couples and their pursuit of happiness in their relationships. The show explores themes such as betrayal, infidelity, and love in a candid and humorous way.

The show stars Jeong-hwa Kim as Park Seon-hae, a popular TV host who appears sweet and gentle on-screen but is known for her fiery temper and unpredictable behavior off-screen. She is a perfectionist who is obsessively dedicated to her work, which often results in clashes with her husband Lee Kye-Hong (Jo Han-chul), a struggling writer who feels neglected and underappreciated in their marriage. Despite their constant bickering, they deeply love and care for each other but are unable to communicate this effectively.

In contrast, the other couple in the show, Choi Seung-il (Jung Jinyoung) and Han Jae-kyeong (Oh Hyun-kyung), are often dubbed as the "perfect couple." Seung-il is a successful talent manager who is devoted to his wife and their two children. Jae-kyeong is a housewife who is always on top of everything, from her children's homework to her husband's busy work schedule. However, things are not what they seem. Seung-il is in a loveless marriage and is having an affair with his client, while Jae-kyeong is battling her own demons from her past which have left her emotionally damaged.

What makes She is Wow! stand out is its frank and honest portrayal of the complexities of modern relationships. The show acknowledges that even the most "perfect" couples have their own problems, and that no marriage is without its challenges. The characters are multi-dimensional, and their flaws and imperfections make them more relatable and realistic.

The show also uses humor as a tool to tackle serious issues. The comedic elements add levity to the show and make it more enjoyable to watch. One of the funniest things about the show is Seon-hae's temper tantrums, which often result in her sticking her head in a freezer to cool off.

Another highlight of the show is the performances by the cast. Jeong-hwa Kim's portrayal of Seon-hae is fantastic. She brings depth and nuance to a character that could have easily been portrayed as one-dimensional. Her on-screen chemistry with Jo Han-chul is also great, and their banter is amusing to watch.

Jung Jinyoung also shines in his portrayal of Seung-il. He is able to convey the character's emotions without relying on too much dialogue. His scenes with his client, Yoo Ra-hee (Park Sung-geun), are particularly well-done and are some of the most intense and emotionally charged in the show.

Oh Hyun-kyung, who plays Jae-kyeong, also gives a standout performance. She is able to convey the character's pain and suffering in a subtle yet effective way. Her scenes with her therapist (played by Seo Yi-sook) are some of the most poignant in the show and showcase the actress's acting abilities.

Overall, She is Wow! is a refreshing take on the traditional romantic comedy genre. Its humorous approach and candid portrayal of marriage make it an enjoyable watch for those who are looking for a show that is both funny and thought-provoking. The show's strong performances, especially by Jeong-hwa Kim and Jung Jinyoung, make it a must-watch for anyone who loves Korean dramas.
