The third entrepreneur was pitching a product designed to bring some magic back to kids' Christmas experiences: The Real Elf. Founder Ryan had created an elf doll with advanced animatronics that allowed it to interact with children and respond to their actions and words. The Real Elf was already generating excitement on social media, but Ryan needed investment to complete the tooling for his product and start production. He asked the sharks for $500,000 for a 25% stake in his company.

Finally, Santa's Enchanted Mailbox took the stage. This company had developed a special mailbox that allowed children to send letters to Santa and receive personalized responses back. Founder James had already secured partnerships with several large retailers, but needed help funding his purchase orders and marketing initiatives. He asked the sharks for $150,000 for a 10% stake in his company.
