Ep 1. We Become What We ... Frank!

As the eighth season of Shameless begins, the Gallaghers are facing major shifts in their lives. Frank, as always, is still drinking heavily and causing chaos for his family. This time, however, he wakes up in the hospital after suffering from alcohol poisoning and decides to make a drastic life change. Meanwhile, Fiona is struggling with the aftermath of her failed marriage and the responsibility of running the family business. Lip is struggling to stay sober and keep his job, while Ian is working as an EMT and grappling with his feelings for his former flame, Trevor. Debbie is handling the challenges of single motherhood and reckoning with the potential consequences of her actions from the previous season. And, of course, there's Carl, who is trying to figure out his place in the world after being kicked out of military school. With each member of the Gallagher clan facing their own unique struggles, the question remains: will they be able to overcome their obstacles and come out stronger on the other side?
