Ep 7. Citizen Carl

Carl goes through his day trying to make up for some of the mistakes he's made, including when he's used a racist slur to describe a customer at work. He's also trying to deal with his relationship with Kelly, who he's not on good terms with after they came to blows last week. Meanwhile, Lip is dealing with the aftermath of Tami's revelation that she's pregnant, and he's not sure how he feels about it. He's also dealing with a visit from his ex-girlfriend, Sierra, who has some news of her own. Debbie is struggling to keep her business afloat, while Fiona is trying to figure out what to do with her life now that she's no longer taking care of her siblings. As the episode progresses, each of the characters is forced to confront their own flaws and failures, and to decide what they can do to make things right. In the end, the episode is a powerful meditation on the meaning of family, friendship, and forgiveness, and it shows how the Gallagher clan is able to come together in the face of even the toughest challenges.
