Debbie tries to navigate the challenges of being a teenage mother, while Carl struggles to adjust to life outside of Juvenile Detention. Additionally, Kev and V face a new obstacle in their attempts to adopt a child. The episode ends with a surprise twist that leaves the Gallagher family reeling.
