In Shameless season 7 episode 10, the Gallagher family is preparing for Christmas, with Fiona trying to make the best of a rough year for her family. As usual, Frank is causing chaos, this time by trying to get his hands on some medication to treat his liver disease. Meanwhile, Ian is adjusting to his new relationship with Trevor, and Lip is struggling with temptation as he tries to stay sober.

Debbie is also dealing with her own issues, as she tries to juggle motherhood and work at a welding job. She ends up getting in trouble when she brings her baby to work, leading to a confrontation with her boss. Kev and V are trying to make a go of their new business venture, a marijuana dispensary, but are running into some legal issues.

As the holiday approaches, the family faces some difficult choices. Fiona is forced to confront her feelings for her ex-boyfriend Sean when he returns to town, while Lip has to decide whether or not to tell his family about his recent slip-up with alcohol.
