In Shameless season 6 episode 6, titled 'Episode 6', the Gallagher family continues to navigate their tumultuous lives. Fiona struggles to keep Patsy's Pies afloat, as the restaurant suffers from a lack of customers. She begins to question her business decisions, but receives some support from an unlikely source.

Meanwhile, Lip tries to balance his many responsibilities, including his new job at a tech startup, his relationship with his girlfriend Amanda, and caring for their baby. He finds himself juggling these tasks poorly, as his dependency on drugs and alcohol worsens.

Carl, on the other hand, takes on a new job selling guns in the hopes of making some quick cash. He quickly realizes the danger of his new profession, and must decide whether or not to continue down this path.

Debbie faces her own challenges as a single mother, trying to provide for her daughter while dealing with postpartum depression. Her mother, Monica, returns to offer her support, but her presence only complicates Debbie's already difficult life.

Meanwhile, Frank continues to manipulate those around him as he tries to gain control of his life and his children's lives. However, his plans begin to unravel as his guilt catches up to him.

Throughout the episode, the characters must confront their past mistakes and decisions, while struggling to make the right choices for their future. As always, Shameless offers a gritty and realistic portrayal of working-class life, complete with all its challenges and struggles.
