In Shameless season 6 episode 10, the Gallagher family continues to navigate the ups and downs of their unconventional lives. Fiona struggles with her new role of being the boss at Patsy's Pies and the challenges that come along with it. Meanwhile, Lip is forced to confront his alcohol addiction and the damaging effects it is having on his relationships. Debbie tries to balance school and motherhood, while struggling to provide for herself and her child. Ian faces the consequences of his reckless behavior and finds himself in a tricky situation. Carl, on the other hand, decides to take his future into his own hands and sets out to become a cop. The family also deals with the aftermath of Monica's death and the emotional toll it takes on them. As the season comes to a close, the Gallaghers are forced to confront their past mistakes and figure out how to move forward.
