Ep 3. Inside Job

Scooby and Shaggy's worst fears come true; Dr. Phineus Phibes has used the silicon nano-compound he stole from their mansion to finally bestow himself with super nano-powers! Their only way to stop him is to shrink themselves down to micro-nano-size and use the Mystery Machine as a mini-submarine, to get "inside" Phibes and fight the nano-bots that are powering him head to head.
