Ep 248. Keroro: Don't Call Me Mommy, Sir! / Yoshiokadaira Masayoshi: Delusions are Mine, Sir!

When a newborn baby alien shows up in Keroro's bed, he takes care of it, even as the baby becomes huge and eats up the year's invasion budget. Later, after Momoka's bodyguard Yoshiokadaira loses his confidence on the job, the Keroro Platoon restores it and then some with eyedrops that turn the young man into a delusional megalomaniac.
