The friends then stop at an Italian ice stand, where they learn about the different types of flavors and the importance of it being a refreshing treat on a hot day. Elmo and Cookie Monster even get a lesson in how to make the frozen dessert.
The final stop on their street food tour is a food truck that serves Korean barbecue. The friends try different types of meat and sauce combinations, and learn about the importance of marinating meat to get the best flavor.
Throughout the episode, the friends also learn about the importance of trying new foods and not judging something before giving it a chance. They even break into song with a catchy tune about how there's always something new to try.
