Ep 23. Miles' band needs a quiet place to practice.
Miles' band is in search of a quiet space to practice their music on a sunny day on Sesame Street. The group tries to practice in various locations around the street, but they always seem to disturb someone else. They try playing in the park, but they wake up a napping Big Bird. They then move to the library, but they keep the Count from counting quietly. Miles and his bandmates, Marv and Reba, start getting frustrated when they can't find a proper location to practice and play their music.
Just when they seem out of options, Alan, the owner of Hooper's Store, suggests that they use the basement of his shop to practice. The band is excited to finally find a noise-free area to practice. They eagerly set up their equipment and start playing their instruments. Things start off great until they start realizing that the customers upstairs keep hearing their music, and the band begins to worry about bothering others again.
As they consider their options, Elmo appears and suggests that they try the roof of 123 Sesame Street. He explains that the acoustics on the roof are perfect for music. Elmo shows Miles and the band how to set up the sound system, and before they know it, Miles' band is playing on the roof.
The band is surprised to see their music attracting birds to the rooftop which create a funny moment amongst the group, but also inspires the band to play better music. Their talent and passion creates a crowd on the street below and even some unexpected cameo from Sesame Street characters cheer them on from the ground below.
Finally, Miles, Marv and Reba are happy to have found an ideal place to practice – even if it isn't a permanent base for their band. They thank Elmo for his help and decide to practice some more while the world listens to their music.
