Ep 1. Episode 1

In the first episode of the crime drama series Serangoon Road, set in 1960s Singapore, we are introduced to the central character of the show, Sam Callaghan. As Sam delves deeper into the mystery of Claire's missing father, he begins to uncover some disturbing secrets. He learns that the businessman was involved in a smuggling ring, and that he may have been murdered because of what he knew. Sam's investigation leads him to a confrontation with the head of the smugglers, a ruthless man named Kang, who will stop at nothing to protect his operation.

As Sam races against time to find Claire's father, he finds himself in increasingly perilous situations. He is pursued by Kang's henchmen, who are determined to silence him, and he discovers that even those he thought he could trust are not what they seem.
