In the 19th year of Heisei, a glamorous, dazzling and gorgeous castle was built overnight at the foot of Mount Fuji. Protecting this fortress is a fleet of eight battle cars imported at considerable expense. Leading this unconquerable army corps is the young warlord, Chihara Junior! In the meantime, news of Junior's castle reached the Hamada Army, led by the lecherous general, Masatoshi Hamada from Naniwa. Spearheading the Hamada Army, he began advancing on the castle with his battle cars to bring it under his rule. To win, the Hamada army resorts to crude methods and foul play which it carries out with unparalleled sadism. Having been made aware through one of his foot soldiers' reports of his numerical inferiority, Hamada comes up with a plan to capture some battle cars...! What?
