Ep 18. Virginia City, Montana - Rose Mason

Rose has been living here for ages, and most of her kids have moseyed on out to the big city. She's planning on joining them...but first she has to sell her house...and it hasn't been an easy task. This place looks like it was frozen in time and unfortunately the time was the 1970's. Design Consultant Roger Hazard's plan was to update the house but still leave the country charm. That means the seventies shag carpet is the first thing to go. The bedroom needs some serious neutralizing as well so Roger introduces the walls to a new color. With a lifetime of memories it's hard for Rose to let go but ultimately these changes are what it's going to take to get this place sold.
