It's got a large living room, hardwood floors, and it's surrounded by Montana's incredible natural beauty. So why can't Sarah sell her two-bedroom townhouse? For starters, the place is a huge mess. The dining room has been seriously neglected, and both the living room and bedroom are full of clutter! First, Sarah watches the hidden house open house footage and learns that folks aren't too keen on her color scheme, her housekeeping style, or the missing knobs on her kitchen cabinets. Fortunately, our design expert Roger Hazard is waiting in the wings to totally transform Sarah's condo. First, it's time to clean! Then it's on to painting to brighten things up. For a little diversion, we head outside to add a little curb appeal. Goodbye weeds, hello color--in the form of a few attractive bedding plants. Host Tanya Memme helps Sarah put up new window treatments in the kitchen. It all looks great, but will all this hard work result in an offer?
