However, Mr. Lippman, who is now retired, is hit by a car while out celebrating, and Elaine's bonus is no longer hers. Mr. Lippman awakens from his coma and mentions that he wants to open a restaurant that only serves muffin tops - giving Elaine another chance to get her bonus.
On the other hand, Jerry is excited at the prospect of going shopping with his newfound fortune. He plans to buy a new car and is seen test-driving Porsches, BMWs, and other luxurious vehicles. However, Jerry's father, Morty Seinfeld, faces financial difficulty after losing money in a Ponzi scheme. As a result, Jerry's parents must sell their Florida vacation home.
Jerry's parents come to visit to break the news to him. At first, Jerry is hesitant, but he decides to help his parents by buying the house from them using his royalty money. He proposes the idea to Kramer, who agrees to go half and half, and they become proud new owners of the Seinfeld's Florida home.
Meanwhile, Elaine begins to see Mr. Lippman and his business partner, Ping, about the muffin top idea. While viewing the restaurant, Elaine takes a bite of a bad muffin and ends up choking on it. Elaine's boyfriend and famous hero, David Puddy, gives her the Heimlich, and she is saved by the paramedics.
