In Seinfeld season 5 episode 7, titled "The Non-Fat Yogurt," Jerry and Elaine decide to try a new frozen yogurt place that claims to only sell non-fat yogurt. They both enjoy their yogurt and assume that it is non-fat, but after Elaine checks the labels, she discovers that it actually contains fat.
This revelation leads Jerry and Elaine to question the accuracy of food labeling and whether or not they can actually trust what is being advertised as "healthy" or "non-fat." They decide to conduct a test and swap out the non-fat yogurt with regular yogurt to see if anyone notices. Meanwhile, Kramer becomes a taste-tester for a tobacco company and becomes addicted to smoking while George tries to impress his new girlfriend by pretending to be something he is not.
