Ep 2. The Puffy Shirt

Jerry is visited by his girlfriend who is an aspiring fashion designer and has designed a puffy shirt. Kramer accidentally agrees to wear the shirt during an appearance on the "Today" show with Bryant Gumbel and Jane Pauley, which horrifies Jerry. This episode features guest appearances by a number of guest stars, including Rob Schneider as Bob, the "low talker," who speaks so softly that no one can understand him, Catherine Keener as Jerry's girlfriend, and Russell Dalrymple as the NBC executive who admires Kramer's unique fashion sense. Throughout the episode, Jerry is repeatedly told that the puffy shirt is the latest fashion trend and that everyone will be wearing it soon, which makes him increasingly anxious and frustrated. Meanwhile, George tries to break up with his girlfriend over the phone, but she misunderstands and becomes convinced that he wants them to become more serious. Finally, Jerry and his girlfriend are invited on the "Today" show to discuss the puffy shirt, and it appears that the shirt may become a major hit. However, things take an unexpected turn when a fire breaks out in the studio, causing chaos and confusion.
