In See season 1 episode 3, entitled Fresh Blood, the story picks up with Baba Voss and his tribe in search of food and supplies. Sorrento Stewart, the slave trader who kidnapped Haniwa in the previous episode, has been tracking the group and is hot on their trail. But in their search for resources, the group stumbles upon an unexpected discovery.
Meanwhile, Queen Kane is dealing with her own struggles. She is attempting to maintain her grip on the throne while dealing with the threat of rebellion from her brother, Lord Harlan. Harlan believes he is the rightful heir and has gained support from some of Kane’s advisers and followers.
As the episode progresses, we begin to see more of the dynamics between Baba Voss and his children, particularly Kofun and Haniwa. Kofun is struggling with the fact that he cannot fully participate in the tribe’s activities due to his blindness, but Baba Voss encourages him to be a leader in his own right. Haniwa, on the other hand, is still dealing with the trauma of being kidnapped and is finding it difficult to trust those around her.
The arrival of some new characters, including a medicine woman and a warrior from a nearby tribe, adds to the complexity of the story. As tensions rise between the different groups, our main characters are forced to confront their own beliefs and allegiances.
Overall, See season 1 episode 3 is a gripping and action-packed installment of the series. The themes of family, loyalty, and power continue to be explored in new and unexpected ways. Fans of the show will be left on the edge of their seats, eagerly anticipating what will happen next.
