It's the Tea Club, still... / It's the Tea Club, but... / It's the Tea Club, so... is the 16th episode of the first season of School Rumble. In this episode, we get to see some more of the antics of the Tea Club and their various goings-on.
The episode starts off with a quick introduction of the Tea Club and some of its members. We see Harima, Eri, Mikoto, and Yakumo all hanging out together, drinking tea and chatting. They seem to be having a good time, but there are hints of tension between them as well.
Throughout the episode, we get to see various scenes of the Tea Club and its members. We see them having tea, playing board games, and engaging in various other activities. One of the standout scenes involves a match of Go between Yakumo and Eri. The tension between them is palpable, but they manage to have a civil game.
There are some humorous scenes as well, such as when Mikoto decides to make some tea and ends up causing a massive mess in the kitchen. Harima also makes an appearance, but he mostly stays in the background, watching the others from a distance.
As the episode progresses, we start to see some of the individual struggles that each of the Tea Club members is facing. Yakumo, for example, is struggling with her feelings for Harima, while Eri is dealing with the pressure of being the heir to a major business empire. Mikoto is still trying to adjust to the fact that she's no longer the most popular girl in school, while Harima is struggling with his own feelings for Tenma.
Despite these individual struggles, the members of the Tea Club continue to support each other and enjoy each other's company. There's a real sense of camaraderie between them, even when things get tough.
Overall, It's the Tea Club, still... / It's the Tea Club, but... / It's the Tea Club, so... is a solid episode of School Rumble. While it doesn't advance the plot all that much, it's a good opportunity to get to know some of the show's supporting characters a little better. The Tea Club is a fun group to spend time with, and this episode does a good job of highlighting their quirks and personalities.
