Sarah & Duck season 2 episode 36, titled "Moon's Exhibition," is a heartwarming adventure that sees Sarah and her feathered friend Duck explore the wonders of the universe.
The episode begins with Sarah and Duck sitting outside on a warm summer evening, staring up at the moon. They marvel at its beauty and wonder what secrets it holds. Suddenly, the moon speaks up. Yes, the moon can talk, and it has an exciting proposition for Sarah and Duck: it's putting on an exhibition of all its favorite things, and it wants them to come and see!
Sarah and Duck are thrilled at the prospect and eagerly prepare themselves for the journey ahead. They gather their supplies, say goodbye to their friends, and set off into the night sky on the back of a friendly shooting star.
As they approach the moon, Sarah and Duck can hardly contain their excitement. They land gently on the surface and make their way to the exhibition hall, where the moon is waiting to greet them.
The exhibition is a grand affair, with all sorts of strange and wonderful objects on display. There are rockets and planets, asteroids and comets, and even a giant space spider with glowing eyes.
Sarah and Duck explore the exhibition, asking the moon all sorts of questions about the wonders of the universe. They learn about the different types of stars, the mysteries of black holes, and the possibility of life on other planets.
As they wander around, Sarah and Duck discover a small, plain-looking object in a corner of the room. It's a sad little rock, all alone and ignored while the other displays receive all the attention.
Sarah and Duck feel sorry for the lonely rock and ask the moon why no one seems interested in it. The moon explains that the rock is actually a very special meteorite, one that came from a faraway planet and contains secrets that could unlock the mysteries of the universe.
Suddenly, the rock comes to life! It sprouts legs and a friendly smile and introduces itself as Rocky, the meteorite. Rocky takes Sarah and Duck on a wild adventure through the exhibition hall, showing them all the secrets and wonders that the other displays were hiding.
Together, Sarah, Duck, and Rocky explore the universe in all its strange and marvelous glory. They meet strange alien creatures, witness cosmic explosions, and even ride on the back of a comet.
As the night wears on, Sarah and Duck realize that it's time to head back home. They say goodbye to the moon and promise to come back again soon. The moon thanks them for coming and for being such wonderful visitors.
Sarah and Duck climb back onto the shooting star and make their way back down to Earth. As they land safely back in their garden, they look up at the moon one last time and wave goodbye.
