They follow the clue and it eventually leads them to an old chest hidden in the corner of the room. Inside the chest, they find the missing books, along with a note from Mrs. Lavender's late husband, who had hidden them there years ago as a surprise for her.
Sarah and Duck rush back to the library to show Mrs. Lavender the wonderful surprise they have found. She is overjoyed to be reunited with her missing books and is touched by the gesture from her late husband.
The episode ends with Sarah and Duck saying goodbye to Mrs. Lavender, who is happily engrossed in her books. As they leave the library, Sarah and Duck reflect on the wonderful adventure they had and the amazing things they discovered along the way.
