Samurai Girl RealBout HighSchool is a Japanese anime television series produced by Studio Pierrot and Victor Entertainment. It is based on a light novel series by Sora Inoue, which was also adapted into a manga series. The anime series premiered on KIDS STATION in 2001 and consists of 13 episodes.

The story follows Ryoko Mitsurugi, a skilled warrior and martial arts expert who transfers to Daimon High School, a school known for its martial arts program. However, Ryoko soon discovers that her new school is not what it seems, as she finds herself embroiled in a dangerous game of survival against a group of students known as the Jinchu. The Jinchu are a group of students who possess powerful martial arts skills and seek to eliminate anyone who poses a threat to their dominance.

Ryoko quickly becomes the target of the Jinchu, and she soon learns that the only way to survive is to fight back. With the help of her friends, Ryoko must navigate the dangerous world of RealBout High School and defeat the Jinchu before they can destroy her.

The series is packed with action, as Ryoko and her friends engage in intense battles with the Jinchu. The martial arts scenes are well choreographed, and the animation is top-notch, making for a visually stunning experience.

In addition to the action, the series also features a healthy dose of humor. Ryoko’s interactions with her friends, particularly her crush on Tatsuya Shishikura, provide a lighthearted counterbalance to the intense action of the series.

The character designs are unique and memorable, with each character possessing their own distinct look and personality. From Ryoko’s stoic determination to Tatsuya’s devil-may-care attitude, the characters are well-rounded and engaging.

One of the standout features of the series is its soundtrack. The opening theme, “Wild Flowers” by Aika Yoshioka, is a catchy, upbeat tune that perfectly captures the energy and excitement of the series. The rest of the soundtrack is equally impressive, with a mix of rock and orchestral pieces that amp up the action and drama of the series.

Overall, Samurai Girl RealBout HighSchool is an entertaining series that will appeal to fans of action and martial arts anime. With a strong story, memorable characters, and top-notch animation and music, it’s a series that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
