Ep 4. The Building

Samantha Who? is a comedy television series that originally aired from 2007 to 2009. The show follows the story of Samantha Newly (played by Christina Applegate), a woman who wakes up from a coma with retrograde amnesia and has to rediscover her life and relationships. As the episode progresses, Samantha becomes more and more invested in the fate of the building and its tenants. She attends a town hall meeting to voice her concerns about the sale, and organizes a protest outside the building to show the new owners that the residents are not willing to go down without a fight. Her efforts pay off when Todd comes up with a plan to pool their resources and buy the building themselves, and they are able to persuade the new owners to sell to them instead of turning it into condos.

In the end, Samantha and her friends celebrate their victory by throwing a party in the newly acquired building.
