Ep 1. Drayton Mill

The mill, which was founded by Drayton family, had been in operation for over 90 years until a fire caused significant damage, resulting in its closure.

As the team peruse the site, they come across a myriad of valuable finds, including vintage doors, fixtures, windows, and machinery, among other things. They also find a 1940s Cadillac ambulance, which they decide to restore and transform into a custom car-hauling vehicle.

The team encounters several challenges throughout the episode, including dealing with clogged pipes full of cotton fibers and figuring out the safest way to remove large sections of the mill's roof. However, their experience, creativity, and teamwork allow them to overcome these obstacles and retrieve many sought-after items from the site.
