There's a fund raising event in the park, and Sally and Doowee are helping out by selling cakes. When a nearby stall is robbed, the sleuths are on hand to investigate. They chase after one suspect, but she only took a cupcake and no cash.
51. Hot Potatoes

Scandal at the school canteen ! Someone has stolen all the potatoes. The students, who are desperate for their daily supply of potato cakes, demand that the SBI investigate this heinous crime. Sally and Doowee first suspect the athletics coach, but it turns he encourages his athletes to eat potatoes, so he has no motive to steal them.

It is the day of the school's multi-sports competition. Sally is getting ready for the comp when she gets a call from a panic-stricken client demanding an urgent investigation. Harry doesn't want Sally to be distracted so close to the competition, but she thinks she has plenty of time.

Meanwhile, the students are preparing the school vegetable garden to be judged in the city's Green School Award, so Doowee is distracted from the investigation by his composting duties, which have to be completed before the judges arrive.

Sally is reluctant, because she thinks a film crew will be a distraction - besides, they don't have a case on at the moment. Then Christina bursts in saying her make up was stolen by someone in a mask.

The winner of the school maths competition is a new girl, Angela, who is expected to represent the school in the city-wide Maths Olympics. But when Angela goes to claim her prize, she says she won't compete. Sally is suspicious, and she and Doowee soon discover that Angela is not only a genuine maths genius, but also has a dark past.

The school bell is going crazy. It is not ringing for some classes and then ringing too often at other times. The kids love it - except for the Principal's son, Martin. He is concerned that the crazy bell is driving his father crazy, so he asks Sally and Doowee to investigate. Doowee discovers that the 'bell' is sounded electronically through the school's PA system.

Someone is sabotaging the contestants of a local beauty contest, and one of them asks Sally to investigate. However, there's a catch - the only way Sally can enter the TV studio where the contest is being held, is as a contestant, so Sally, who hates beauty pageants, enters the contest - with Doowee as her hairdresser!

Alex asks the SBI to find the missing rap - he needs to submit it as his poetry assignment. He says it is the best thing he has ever written and he needs to get good grades if he is not going to have to repeat the year.

The school pranker and practical joker, Bob, comes to the SBI for help. He is afraid that one of the boys at school is... a vampire! Sally and Doowee think this is just another one of Bob's pranks, but Bob swears he isn't joking. Sally, the sceptic, is sure vampires don't exist. Doowee, the movie fan, thinks they do.

Sally is excited, but Doowee is not that interested in history, even when they meet a young history enthusiast, called Christopher. So Doowee is glad when they have a new case: the school caretaker is convinced that the school is haunted by the ghost of the legendary White Knight!

Sally and Doowee get roles as extras on the movie, which is being shot in their school, to keep an eye on things. But while Doowee is focused on the case, Sally is smitten by the movie's star, teen heart-throb, Jake Adonis, and has trouble keeping her mind on the job.

When a series of minor crimes take place around the school, Sally and Doowee, soon catch the culprit, Sacha, a normally quiet, inoffensive boy. Because it's his first offence, Sacha gets a minor punishment, but then he commits another crime and gets put on lunchtime detention.

The Principal is distressed that his pet parrot, which he keeps in his office, has got away. The Principal thinks it escaped of its own accord, but Sally and Doowee discover that the bird's cage has been forced open.

They have only just pitched their tents when they experience a disturbing Extra Terrestrial phenomenon. Sally and Doowee investigate and find blue slime and strange markings on a tree.

Melody confesses that she can't sing very well and so she uses an electronic auto-tune device that makes her singing sound in pitch. However, someone has discovered her secret and is sabotaging the device, making her singing sound as bad as it really is.

Someone has stolen the Blue Elephant - the costume of the school's sports mascot. Sally and Doowee investigate, and almost immediately find the suit - being worn by a student, Matt. However, Matt claims he had to wear the animal costume after his school clothes were stolen during a swimming lesson.

SBI throw a party to launch its new crime-fighting equipment and invite a few past clients. But suddenly the lights go out - and when they're switched back on, the new computer has been sabotaged with a screwdriver in its CPU! Who would do this? The culprit must be one of the guests, so everyone is told to stay in the basement office until the crime is solved.

The school model rocket club has a problem - their rockets keep blowing up. Doowee investigates and discovers that the rockets are indeed being sabotaged, so the club switches to being a club for model airplanes, which don't seem to blow up.

Mobile phones are becoming a nuisance at school, so phones have to be handed in by students at the start of the school day, and picked up again after school. It seems a good idea, until all the phones are stolen from the central lock up! Sally and Doowee investigate and follow several leads, but without success.

The school children think it is funny, but the Curator is furious and accuses one of the girls, Sam, a graffiti artist. Sally and Doowee think she is innocent and investigate other leads including Bob, the trouble-maker from school, and a local joke shop.

Description
Sally Bollywood is an animated television series produced by Zodiak Kids Studios that focuses on the adventures of Sally Bollywood and her best friend Doowee McAdam. It is a children's show that premiered in France in 2009 and has since become popular in many parts of the world.
