Ep 31. No Thanks, Nurse Venus!

In Sailor Moon season 2 episode 31 titled "No Thanks, Nurse Venus!", the Sailor Scouts are defending against the dark forces of the Black Moon Clan, who seek the powerful Silver Crystal. The episode opens with the Scouts visiting the hospital to check on their friend Chibiusa, who is ill. They are surprised to find Venus dressed as a nurse, volunteering at the hospital. However, it quickly becomes clear that Venus is not particularly skilled at nursing and is more interested in flirting with the doctors.

As they tend to Chibiusa, the Scouts sense a dark energy and hurry off to investigate. They find themselves facing a new enemy, a droid named Paramedia. The droid possesses the ability to manipulate reality through television screens, creating illusions that trap its victims. The Scouts are quickly ensnared by Paramedia's powers, but Sailor Venus is able to avoid being caught by ducking into an empty television studio.

Meanwhile, the other Scouts find themselves in a colorful, surreal landscape, where they are taunted and attacked by Paramedia's illusions. Their attempts to fight back are futile, and they quickly become overwhelmed. Sailor Moon, in particular, becomes distressed by the illusion of Tuxedo Mask, who appears and disappears before her eyes.

Sailor Venus, watching through a nearby screen, realizes that only by destroying the television tower that Paramedia is using as its power source can they defeat the droid and break the illusions. She transforms into Sailor Venus and sets out to destroy the tower. However, the doctors and nurses in the hospital are also watching the battle on their television screens, and they are convinced that Sailor Venus is a destructive menace. They begin to chase after her, causing chaos in the hospital.

Eventually, Sailor Venus is able to destroy the tower, freeing the other Scouts from the illusions. However, she is surrounded by an angry mob and is forced to flee. She returns to Chibiusa's hospital room, where she takes on the guise of a regular nurse so as not to draw attention to herself. The other Scouts arrive soon after, and they all agree that they need to be more careful in the future about revealing their identities.

The episode ends with a tender moment between Chibiusa and Usagi, as they discuss their hopes and fears for the future. Sailor Moon vows to keep protecting her friends and fighting for justice against the dark forces that threaten the world.
