Ep 19. A Charmed Life

A Charmed Life is the 19th episode of the second season of Sailor Moon. The episode begins with a scene showing a group of young girls playing in a park and one of them accidentally releasing a balloon that floats into the sky. The balloon is chased by a young boy who accidentally falls into a pond and begins to drown.
