In Sailor Moon season 1 episode 19, titled Molly's Folly, the Sailor Scouts are on high alert as they suspect the Dark Kingdom may be up to no good. Luna, one of the Sailor Scouts' feline companions, informs them that she has heard rumors of an evil power at play. Meanwhile, Naru and Molly, two of Usagi's closest friends, are struggling with their own issues.
Molly is feeling down about her lack of success in school and her unrequited crush on her classmate Melvin. Naru, on the other hand, is distraught over her mother's recent disappearance, fearing that she may have been captured by the Dark Kingdom. Usagi sympathizes with her friends and wants to help them in any way she can.
As the Sailor Scouts investigate the rumors, they discover that there is a new jewelry store in town, owned by a mysterious woman named Miss Morgan. Naru becomes obsessed with the store, spending all her time and money buying jewelry there. Molly is suspicious of Miss Morgan and the sudden appearance of the store, but Naru brushes off her concerns.
One day, Naru is invited to a party hosted by Miss Morgan at the jewelry store. Molly is hesitant to attend but ultimately decides to join Naru, wanting to keep an eye on her friend. The rest of the Sailor Scouts also attend the party, disguising themselves as guests.
At the party, Miss Morgan unveils a new type of jewelry that she claims can bring true happiness to those who wear it. Naru, Molly, and some of the other party guests are immediately enchanted by the jewelry and the promises Miss Morgan is making. However, the Sailor Scouts are suspicious of the jewelry and Miss Morgan's true intentions.
Their suspicions are confirmed when Miss Morgan reveals that she is actually a member of the Dark Kingdom and the jewelry is a trap to drain the life energy of those who wear it. The Sailor Scouts quickly transform into their superhero alter-egos and engage in battle against Miss Morgan and her minions. Naru and Molly realize their mistake and apologize to each other for getting caught up in the greed and lies of the Dark Kingdom.
In the end, the Sailor Scouts emerge victorious, and Miss Morgan disappears, vowing to return and seek revenge. Naru and Molly reconcile and vow to always be there for each other. As they walk home, the Sailor Scouts feel a sense of relief but also recognize that their fight against the Dark Kingdom is far from over.
