Ep 12. An Unnatural Phenomena

The Sailor Moon season 1 episode 12 is named An Unnatural Phenomena. In this episode, we see the Sailor Scouts investigating strange occurrences happening around the city. A typhoon has hit Tokyo, a rare phenomenon for this time of year. The Sailor Scouts know that the typhoon isn't just a random coincidental event. It has been planned, and something sinister is afoot.

As they investigate, they discover a point of origin for the typhoon- a nearby airport. The Scouts sneak into the airport with Luna, their feline advisor, to figure out what is going on. They find themselves confronted by Jadeite and the Dark Kingdom's minions.

Jadeite is the first of the Dark Kingdom's four generals. His mission is to gather energy for Queen Beryl, the leader of the Dark Kingdom. Jadeite and his minions have been causing chaos in Tokyo to gather this energy.

The Sailor Scouts confront Jadeite, but he is a powerful enemy. In the course of their fight, Sailor Moon discovers her new power, the Moon Tiara Action, which allows her to throw her tiara like a boomerang.

The battle is intense, but the Sailor Scouts manage to hold their own against Jadeite's minions. However, they are forced to retreat when Jadeite summons a powerful storm.

As the Sailor Scouts regroup, they realize that they need to find a way to stop the storm and defeat Jadeite. But before they can do that, Jadeite unveils his ultimate plan. He has a monster, the typhoon Phantom, that he will use to drown Tokyo.

The Sailor Scouts know that they have to stop the typhoon Phantom before it's too late. They manage to sneak into the control room where the Phantom is being housed, but they soon realize that they are outmatched.

Jadeite appears once again, but this time, he's accompanied by the monster. The Sailor Scouts are in a bind, but they manage to perform a combination attack that temporarily stuns the creature.

With the creature stunned, Sailor Moon sees an opportunity. She throws her tiara at the Phantom, which deflects off the ceiling and takes out the controls. The Phantom disappears, and the typhoon dissipates.

Jadeite, realizing he is defeated, attempts to escape. The Sailor Scouts chase him, but they are stopped by Tuxedo Mask, a mysterious figure who's been helping the Scouts from the shadows.

Tuxedo Mask takes Jadeite away, and the Scouts are left pondering the events of the day. They wonder who Tuxedo Mask is and what his true motives are. But for now, they are left to celebrate their victory against the Dark Kingdom.

The episode ends on a cliffhanger, with the Sailor Scouts unsure of what the future holds. They know that the Dark Kingdom will not rest until they are defeated, and that their battle is far from over. But still, they are determined to protect Tokyo and the world from evil.
