As the situation becomes more dire, Sailor Moon steps forward to try and talk to Mimi. Through their conversation, Mimi's true identity is revealed, along with the evil force that is controlling her. The Sailor Guardians then must work together to defeat the enemy and save the audience from harm.

Along with the action-packed battle, "Bad Harmony" also explores themes of the power of music and how it can be used for both good and evil. It also touches on the importance of friendship and teamwork.
