Ep 32. Fiendish Ferns

In Sailor Moon Sub season 3 episode 32, titled "Fiendish Ferns," the Sailor Guardians face off against a new enemy: a group of evil plants controlled by the Witches 5. The episode begins with Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune investigating an abandoned greenhouse, where they discover a group of strange, mutated ferns that seem to be absorbing energy from the earth. As the battle rages on, it becomes clear that the Witches 5 are not the only ones behind the fiendish ferns. Hotaru's father, Professor Tomoe, is also involved in the scheme, and he has been using his research to create the mutated plants in an attempt to harness their energy for his own purposes. However, his experiments have unleashed a dangerous force that threatens to destroy everything in its path.

In the end, the Sailor Guardians are able to destroy the device controlling the plants, but not before it has caused a great deal of damage. Hotaru is devastated by the destruction, as she had hoped that the plants could be used for good. However, her friends are able to console her, and they all vow to continue fighting to protect the earth from those who would seek to harm it.

"Fiendish Ferns" is a thrilling episode full of action, suspense, and heart. It explores the dangers of science gone wrong, as well as the power of friendship and the importance of protecting the planet we call home.
