Russell's high school sweetheart, Lisa, arrives in town, and he sets out to impress her by pretending to be married to Audrey, who is reluctant to play along; meanwhile, Jeff and Adam unwittingly end up with a large stash of Viagra and try to find a way to use it. Audrey is excited to meet Lisa after hearing so much about her from Russell over the years. Russell seems to be in his element and is thrilled to have Lisa in town. However, Russell feels that he needs to impress his ex-girlfriend, who is a successful businesswoman. He lies to Lisa that he is happily married to Audrey, which is a complete falsehood. Audrey reluctantly agrees to play along with Russell's lie, which Russell believes will be enough to win his ex-girlfriend's affections.
Meanwhile, Jeff and Adam stumble upon a box of Viagra and are determined to figure out what to do with it. They consider different scenarios, such as taking it for themselves, giving it as a gift to someone else, or even selling it. They even resort to asking Russell for advice because he is known for his connections and resourcefulness. But they ultimately realize that they don't really need any help and find a way to use the Viagra for their own amusement.
Back to Russell, he soon realizes that lying to Lisa is not as straightforward as he had anticipated. Audrey is not easy to deal with, and she often confounds Russell's plans. Russell is amazed that Audrey can be so difficult, as he has never seen her like this before. He begins to appreciate Audrey's many qualities, such as her intelligence, wit, and loyalty to him, which he previously took for granted.
Throughout the episode, Russell's lies to Lisa escalate to increasingly absurd and preposterous levels. The situation quickly spins out of control and leads to a series of laugh-out-loud moments. In the end, Russell must face the consequences of his actions and deal with the reality of his relationship with Audrey. Meanwhile, Jeff and Adam's Viagra adventure reaches a climax, and they are forced to confront the consequences of their own folly.

It is a testament to the superb writing and acting of the show's ensemble cast. It is also a reminder of the show's enduring appeal, as it continues to entertain audiences with its clever blend of humor and heart.
