Ep 22. New Kid In Town / Pickles vs. Pickles

In Rugrats season 3 episode 22, Tommy and the gang are introduced to a new kid in town named Josh, who recently moved in next door. Despite Chuckie’s initial nervousness, the kids are excited to have a new friend to play with.
